Matsuura Machinery Ltd will be exhibiting some of their UK best-selling CNC machines at the forthcoming MACH 2020 exhibition on Stand H20-442.

Demonstrating Matsuura’s experience and heritage in automation and machining live are the MX-330 PC10, MX-850 PC4 integrated with a Nikken E46LA pre-setter, the single table 5-axis MX-520 with an integrated ABB 1600 robot and 3D printed work holding.  There will be live 3D printing on all show days on the HP Jet Fusion 580 3D Printer.  Also, on show is the Muratec Murata MW35 twin-spindle lathe. The MX-330 PC10 – configured with 10 pallets and 90 tools and is the only high-quality entry level 5-axis on the market with OEM automation integrated within the machine at its inception and brings 5-axis Matsuura automation to within reach of all budgets. The MX-850 PC4 is the largest in the MX Series so far, configured with 4 pallets and up to 120 tools for extended periods of unmanned machining of large and complex components and billets, the PC4 can accommodate a workpiece size of Ø850mm x 450mm. Matsuura’s best-selling single table 5-axis CNC machine tool; the MX-520 is aimed primarily at companies making the transition from 3 to 5 axis operations.  Integrated with an ABB 1600 robot automation solution and utilising the robot for several value-added operations such as part marking, part-identification via the robot’s camera as well as billet load/unload operations.

New to MACH; the Muratec MW35 twin-spindle lathe is the ideal solution for the manufacture of high-strength precision aerospace fasteners.  In addition to its lightning fast speeds, this machine is designed with two spindles, allowing it to perform simultaneous operations from a single, self-contained source. The MW35 comes fully equipped with a gang-type tool plate, built-in workpiece ejector, and a servo-controlled high-speed swing-type loader, all of which result in a faster overall part-to-part cycle time. Visitors to the stand, can also see live 3D colour printing on the HP Jet Fusion 580 and discuss the capabilities of this printer with the Matsuura team of 3D experts. As a reseller of HP Multi-Jet Fusion 3D Printers in the UK, Matsuura’s strong applications experience will be demonstrated at the show, through a variety of sample parts printed on the HP Jet Fusion 580 3D printer.
